Psychometric Testing
Psychometric Assessments – Insight into your professional strengths and behaviours
Unlock a deeper understanding of your professional strengths and behaviours with our comprehensive psychometric assessments. We utilize the Hogan Assessment and Gallup StrengthsFinder to provide you with valuable insights into your personality and innate talents.
Hogan Assessment: Known for its robust scientific foundation, the Hogan Assessment evaluates your personality traits, values, and potential derailers. This tool helps you understand how you interact with others, your leadership style, and the aspects of your personality that can influence your career success.
Gallup StrengthsFinder: Discover your unique strengths with the Gallup StrengthsFinder. This assessment identifies your top talents and provides a framework for developing them into powerful strengths. By focusing on what you naturally do best, you can enhance your performance and find greater fulfillment in your professional life.
Embrace these insights to foster growth, improve team dynamics, and achieve your career goals with confidence.
Hogan’s personality assessments were developed to evaluate all facets of personality, the Brightside, the Darkside and the Inside, in order to provide individuals (and their employers) with an objective lens through which to understand their strengths, performance factors, and development areas. This also enables people to perform at their best, manage their professional reputation and achieve their career goals.
The Brightside
The Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI) describes how you perform in your day-to-day role, when you are at your best. It is an ideal tool to help you strengthen your leadership development, and plan succession planning, and talent management.
The Dark Side
The Hogan Development Survey (HDS) describes the dark side of personality. Qualities that emerge in times of increased strain or when we are not monitoring our behaviour. This can disrupt relationships, damage reputations, and derail peoples’ chances of success. By assessing dark-side personality, you can recognise and mitigate performance risks before they become a problem.
The Inside
The Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory (MVPI) describes personality from the inside. The core goals, values, drivers, and interests that determine what we desire and strive to attain. By assessing values, you can understand what motivates candidates to succeed, and in what type of position, job, and environment they will be the most productive.
Following the survey, I review the reports and conduct an in depth debrief. That can then be used to form the starting point for a coaching assignment, or leave the individual with an in depth action plan to enable improved performance and self awareness.
